Amy Robach, T.J. Holmes joke about ‘great week’ amid alleged affair

Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes joked that they are having a “great week” after their alleged affair was exposed on Wednesday.

While co-hosting “GM3” on Friday morning, Holmes sarcastically told Robach, “You know, it’s too bad it’s Friday.”

When Robach, 49, asked if it really was too bad, he poked fun at the “great week” he was having.

“I just want this one to keep going and going and going,” the former CNN anchor, 45, added with a smile. “Just enjoying it.”

However, when Holmes advised Robach to “take it all in,” she replied, “Speak for yourself.”

Despite their witty banter, the co-hosts did not directly address rumors that they had been seeing each other since March and split from their respective spouses five months later.

The duo — as well as their colleagues — similarly stayed silent on the allegations during Thursday’s show with Dr. Jennifer Ashton.

A source told Page Six that the pair are “not ashamed” of their alleged relationship.

“They’re two consenting adults, who ended up loving each other,” the insider explained. “It’s not how they wanted [news of their relationship] to come out, but it’s also kind of a relief.”

According to another source, Robach is close to “finalizing her divorce” from her husband, Andrew Shue.

The former couple wed in January 2010 — two months before Holmes and his wife, Marilee Fiebig, tied the knot.

On the other hand, a source revealed to Page Six that Fiebig was “blindsided” by her partner’s alleged affair.

“She’s devastated,” the insider claimed. “She had no idea. They haven’t been together in [a while], but they were trying to work it out.”

Reps for Holmes and Robach have yet to return Page Six’s numerous requests for comment.
